Soil Passport Ltd (Company No. 17385128), registered in England and Wales at Sustainable Workspaces, 5th Floor, County Hall, Belvedere Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 7PB, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
When you use the Contact form, Partner Application form, or book a call via Calendly, we collect the information you choose to submit — such as your name, email address, role, organisation, country and message. If you book a call, Calendly's own privacy policy also applies to that booking. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we do not use cookies for advertising (see our Cookie Policy below).
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, assess and administer partnership applications, and — only where you've agreed to be contacted — to follow up about our platform, partnerships or climate projects. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing partner relationships. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Form submissions are stored with reputable third-party service providers acting as data processors on our behalf (for example, database and call-booking providers), under their own security and data-protection commitments. We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we only share it with partners or advisors where necessary to progress an enquiry you've raised, or where required by law.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or manage an ongoing relationship, or as required to meet legal, accounting or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, to object to our processing it, and to request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@soilpassport.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK, including in India (where our implementation partner NZLoop Solutions Pvt Ltd is based) and elsewhere. Where this happens, we rely on providers with appropriate safeguards in place.
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests about your data, can be sent to support@soilpassport.com.
